With the impacts of climate change felt throughout our communities in the form of larger, more intense storm events causing flooding, pollution, and property damage, thoughtful and intelligent stormwater management is more important now than ever. E&LP has launched our Stormwater Guidance page to educate our clients and the public about best management practices (BMPs) for stormwater management, particularly in New Jersey where the new State stormwater rules will go into effect in March of 2021. Our six-part Stormwater Guidance Video Series, featured on the page and E&LP’s YouTube Channel, will break down and explain not only the key components of the new rule but other triple bottom line benefits of stormwater management through green infrastructure.

We would like to promote the release of our first video, “Adapting to the New Stormwater Rule,” which explains how the new stormwater regulations will transform the way private and public sites are designed and introduce a new era of green infrastructure throughout the state. E&LP is here to help developers, municipalities, and property owners adapt to and maximize the benefits of the new rules. Please subscribe to our E&LP Associates YouTube Channel to be updated when videos are released in the future.
