Ed Confair, Senior Program Manager of Resiliency at E&LP, was the lead landscape architect and civil engineer for NJ Developers Green Infrastructure Guide 2.0 released this spring. He has lectured at the University of Pennsylvania concerning Stormwater Management and Resiliency; additionally, he designs green infrastructure projects in New Jersey and Pennsylvania while serving as the lead engineer on the Northwest Resiliency Park in Hoboken, NJ that will be the largest installation of green infrastructure in the state.”
Megan Schmidt is an E&LP Project Engineer and graduate of Lafayette College with a double major in Engineering Studies and Film and Media Studies. She is educated on the most up to date regulations with local and state codes, NJDEP and ADA requirements. Megan has worked on a variety of private and public projects throughout New Jersey and Pennsylvania, including the Northwest Resiliency Park, Quarry Lawn & River Walk, and New Jersey Developers’ Green Infrastructure Guide 2.0. In addition to her work as an engineer, Megan films and edits marketing videos for E&LP. She brings an extensive knowledge of engineering and creative concepts and solutions to multidisciplinary E&LP.
