Congrats to our team and Project Manager, Kelley O’Such, on obtaining approval from the City of New Brunswick Zoning Board for a Major Site Plan for this 8-unit apartment project in New Brunswick, NJ. The two existing residential dwellings will be removed and replaced with the apartment building and associated asphalt parking area thoughtfully screened with a mixture of evergreen and deciduous trees and shrubs while preserving the existing fences.
