We are excited to announce that Michael Meriney, PG, LSRP has joined E&LP as an Associate, and he is a valuable addition to our Environmental team and Asbury Park Office. Michael enhances E&LP with his 31 years of professional experience as a licensed geologist, licensed site remediation professional, and project manager with extensive work in environmental investigation and remediation; particularly, he utilizes investigative strategies to identify and delineate contaminants of concern in unconsolidated and bedrock settings through innovative methods.
He specializes in utilizing regulations and guidance in the areas of Phase I and Preliminary Assessment transactional due diligence, the Industrial Site Recovery Act (ISRA), USTs, Brownfields Redevelopment, and the Hazardous Discharge Site Remediation Fund program. His projects range from residential, commercial, and industrial due diligence and contaminant discharge sites to open space/recreational parks, municipalities, nonprofits, schools, institutions, utilities, and marinas, including environmental construction management, nearshore dredging, sediment evaluation, and linear construction.
As E&LP continues to grow and expand its services, we are certain that Michael will skillfully help us achieve our business goals.
