The Warren Township Planning Board approved E&LP’s Preliminary and Final Major Site plan for a Silbert Realty & Management Company, Inc. multifamily development. The plan consists of the construction of 26 apartments, parking lot, underground stormwater management system, signage, and landscaping. Of the 26 apartments, eight apartments will be affordable units to help satisfy the Township’s obligation for affordable housing.
