Evesham Township Park Master Planning
E&LP and Evesham Township work closely with the community through various engagement activities to provide a Master Plan for the 176-acre passive park.
Fiesta Schoolyards
E&LP has worked with The Lindy Foundation and School District of Philadelphia to revitalize 18 schoolyards and counting since 2018. We have developed a unique “kit-of-parts” approach to designing over thirty different play elements which meet accessibility and safety standards and do not trigger lengthy permitting processes. The process has successfully allowed communities and school faculty to have access to improved outdoor space in an affordable and repeatable manner.
Alexander Hamilton Visitor Center
The Alexander Hamilton Visitor Center within the Great Falls National Historical Park will present stunning views of the Great Falls and creative, interactive exhibits that connect visitors as they explore the history, culture, and technology of the Industrial Revolution in America.
Saddle River Affordable Housing Project
The project consists of the construction of three (3), 3-story multifamily affordable housing buildings with associated parking spaces to meet the Township’s affordable housing obligations. The site has been designed to meet the major stormwater development requirements utilizing porous pavement systems and a biotrention system. An outdoor recreation component is included in the project.
Branchburg Township Approves Branchburg Village 475-Unit MultifamilyDevelopment
For this large-scale development, E&LP has provided surveying and civil engineering services including site and subdivision plans, floodplain modeling, NJDEP land use permitting, grading and utility design, landscaping and site lighting design, and stormwater management design.
