Last week, the Rockaway Borough Land Use Board unanimously approved the complete renovation of the existing gas station and convenience store located at the corner of Route 46 and Franklin Avenue in Rockaway Borough. The project includes a conditional use variance with new signage, lighting, landscaping, and other site improvements.
