We are happy to announce that construction is complete for Warren Heating & Cooling’s new office and retail space on RT 31 in Washington Township, Warren County, New Jersey. For this commercial retrofit, E&LP provided the following engineering and surveying services: construction stakeout, concept plans, septic system design, retaining wall design, major site plans, including Landscaping & Lighting, Steep Slopes, and Soil Erosion & Sedimentation Control Plans, permitting, including County Soil Conservation District & NJ DOT Minor Access, and Phase I limestone analysis as required in the Washington Township Carbonate Rock District map.
