The New Jersey Section of American Water Resources Association (NJ-AWRA) co-sponsored a Virtual Presentation and Field Trip with the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE) North Branch of Hoboken’s Northwest Resiliency Park. Our Principal of Resiliency and Landscape, Ed Confair, PE, PLA, CPRP, and one of our Senior Project Engineers, Clare Moriarty, presented at both event days where Hoboken’s largest park was toured and showcased how this public, recreational space for the community doubles as an effort in Hoboken’s resiliency strategy. Spanning 6 acres of historically industrial land, its transformative purpose balances the needs of human comfort, nature, and the city’s infrastructure. E&LP is proud to be a part of this exciting project.
