E&LP is the prime consultant and design lead for a new 215-acre regional County Park in Manchester Township, Ocean County. Situated within the Pinelands National Reserve, our vision for the park is one that builds community hand-inhand with biodiversity. The park will be a public space dedicated to recreational activities, community amenities, and ecological conservation. More specifically, our design team envisions athletic fields, pavilions, a water reuse system for a splash pad and irrigation, nature play, and miles of new trails and outdoor fitness equipment.

E&LP is developing the park design from schematic through construction documentation phases, providing all regulatory permitting, on-site survey and geotechnical investigation, green stormwater infrastructure design, and bid and construction administration services.
