E&LP’s “Northwest Resiliency Park: Flooding” video illustrates the challenges of managing climate change’s increased stormwater events in urban settings like Hoboken. Jennifer Gonzalez, AICP, PP, CFM, City of Hoboken Director of Environmental Services, former Mayor Zimmer, and E&LP’s Ed Confair, PE, PLA, Senior Program Manager of Resiliency reflect on the devastating effects of Hurricane Sandy and how the design of the NWRP will mitigate impacts from future floods. Rooted in our mission, E&LP is committed to proactively designing climate adaptation resources, and this world-class park will significantly strengthen the social and physical resiliency in Hoboken’s built environment.
